The First Pan-African Heart Summit PACTSS will take place from 8-11th March 2025, Accra, Ghana.
Housing reservation opens on 03 June 2024. The deadline for reserving package rooms (Housing Cut-Off Date) is 31st January 2025 at 23:59 hr GMT (Accra).Hotel rooms are reserved as from Friday, 7 - 11th March 2025.
Participants who wish to reserve rooms outside of the official reservation dates .i.e. before 7th March should make their bookings as early as possible to secure a preferred hotel. Be sure to inform the hotel of your choice that you are attending the “Pan-African Heart Summit 2025”.

The rate for room reservation per night (US$) is indicated above including the state and local taxes and government fees and charges in effect at the time of check-in.

NB! Reservations can ONLY be secured at the official Congress hotels at the discounted rates from 7-11th March 2025 during the registration process. Room reservations before the 7th March 2024 should be made as early as possible to secure preferred hotel.
All listed Hotel rates include (a single room occupant) up to two occupants. Hotel will charge for any additional guest (if not indicated in the online reservation), upon arrival and check-in at the Hotel
Check-in time is 3:00 p-m- and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Guests checking in prior to 3:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Hotel Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
When reservations are made, the Hotel will require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. There is a cancellation policy of 3 days prior to arrival, should a cancellation occur less than 3 days in advance the credit card on file will be charged for one night.
